Art transport and logistics
Proyecto Museo coordinates specialized transportation and logistics for artworks and exhibitions throughout Mexico, with capacity for domestic and international movements according to the project.
Scope
The service may be commissioned as an integrated scope or in stages and includes specialized packing and unpacking, transport, loading and unloading coordination, handling crews, driver, courier coordination and installation at the venue. It may also integrate private security and specialized transport when required by the condition and characteristics of the work.
Documentation and customs management
Proyecto Museo can coordinate insurance, domestic and international permits, and customs procedures for the temporary importation of exhibitions. Project documentation may include the venue Facility Report, inventories, object lists, transportation logs, and condition reports at departure and arrival.

This scope has formed part of projects including Rembrandt: Lo divino y lo humano, Artes decorativas islámicas, Hilos virreinales, Cristóbal de Villalpando and instruments from the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix.
